I’m Hanni, token Austrian by night, and Ski Patroller working in Serfaus, Tyrol by day. I work in avalanche mitigation (the explosives that go “boom”), and general patrolling / rescuing. I’m also a ropeway technician, and work in the film industry in summer.

Favourite Outdoor Activities: Well….skiing obviously. Ski Touring, hiking, Climbing, Swimming, playing with my sphere-shaped cat.

Favourite Outdoor Snack: Schnitzel left over from the day before.

Unusual hot tip: Always pack a mountain sausage, that way, the avalanche dogs find you faster. Also: if you’re getting stressed: chew gum and try to remember the rules of Baseball.

Guilty pleasure: Watching The Real Housewives. I mean…what exactly is happening there?
