I work as a GP and I’m a volunteer with South Eastern Mountain Rescue (SEMRA) and with Search and Rescue Dog Association (SARDA) and I’m a volunteer and founding member of Project ESPWA - a humanitarian aid  charity . 

My favourite activity is playing search and find in the mountains and forests with my beautiful collie-Rosie

My favourite outdoor snack is  my amazing Christmas cake-very boozy

Hot tip: bring a battery pack  and DON'T Panic

My guilty pleasure is my Norwegian knitted Mitts-I have very cold hands!!
